Refund Policy
We hope that you love your new art work as much as we loved creating it! However, if for any reason you aren't happy with your order please contact me us via the contact page.
If you would like to make a return, we can only exchange or refund your item only if it is returned to us in as new condition - in this case please notify us prior and organise a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage & Postal Issues
Our fulfilment centres put the upmost care into the packaging of the items to make sure they arrive to you in the best condition. If there has been any damage caused in transit please get in touch via our contact page and provide photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the damage to the product and packaging. We need this information so we can forward it to our printing partners and claim from the postal service.
Missing Items
All our items are shipped with tracking numbers, by local post, so we do not consider an item lost until the post service does so. Please note that during the festive season shipping can take significantly longer, we thank you for your patience during this time.
Undelivered Items
In the event that your order has been unclaimed from delivery or customs fees have not been paid, or incorrect address information has been provided, no replacement or refund will be offered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your returned item, and whether the refund can be approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card company to process this.
Please note, that shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will be need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a service that provides you with tracking and the correct insurance amount to compensate you in the event the item is lost or damaged via transit.
